“He used to save people. But now, he consumes them! Humans! Do you understand that?” She Qingqing said. Her body trembled.

“He consumes humans? He can choose not to!” Wang Ke said in confusion.

“Ha! Hahahaha! This is the biggest joke I’ve heard lately! All demons consume humans!” She Qingqing laughed bitterly.

“Why do they need to consume them?” Wang Ke asked, still unable to wrap his mind around it.

“It’s not that we want to do it. It’s an instinct from the deepest part of a demon’s soul. It’s beyond our control. Just like now, I have the urge to drink your blood when I see you. My body heats up and I becomes restless. I want to consume humans. I want to drink your blood! Roar!” She Qingqing flashed her fangs at Wang Ke.

Her roar, together with her ferocious face and crimson fangs, gave Wang Ke the chills. He stepped backward while instinctively readying his flying sword, vigilantly looking at She Qingqing in shock.

Her eyes were red with tears as she tried to suppress her urge, forcing her fangs back into her mouth.

“Do you see? This is the demonic nature. Demons consume human blood by nature. They eat their flesh and drink their blood! This is the basic instinct of creatures like us. Hahaha, hahaha! I never expected to also become a demon myself! And I also can’t help but want to eat humans!” She Qingqing said. Tears welled up in her reddened eyes.

“Eat humans? Can’t help but eat humans?” Wang Ke asked, looking worried.

“Right. I’ve been suppressing myself for a very long time. Soon there will be a full moon, and I’m losing grip on this powerful instinct. Once my demonic nature is in full effect, the only thought in my mind will be to consume humans! I only regain my sanity after consuming a human. It's been one and a half years since I started IGK, and I think it's safe to say now that it's not doing well.

After some careful thought and discussion with my wife, I have come to the decision to stop working on IGK and focus on my other commitments, e.g., my studies and other part time works.
