Incinerator's Phantasm: Sacrifice 20 Levels to summon the Phantasm of a player. The Phantasm can only be two tiers higher than the Shadow Incinerator's wielder (up to Tier 6).
Duration: 10 minutes
Cooldown: 3 natural days
