The Snake King slithered out of an underground fountain in a dark valley. He was covered with wounds, and he seemed to be extremely furious.

"She Tianba! Zhu Yan! Wang Ke! You will all die horrible deaths!" the Snake King roared ferociously.

The Snake King's body trembled after the roar because of his severe injuries.

"Spit!"

The giant serpent opened his mouth and spat a ball of poisonous fog, which enveloped a pile of crystal shards.

"It's shattered again. I took so much pains in repairing my inner core! How did I end up shattering it again? Roar!" the Snake King bawled.

"Cough, cough, cough!"

He wanted to cry but had no tears. She Tianba, you really dragged me into deep sh*t this time!

"Sniff, sniff!" The Snake King sensed something.

"Wang Ke's scent? Zhu Yan's scent? I can recover completely if I find them and devour the ley line gold dragon. I need to find them, but my nose can only give me a general direction! That should be enough, though. I will get you soon!" the Snake King muttered to himself with a sinister look.

"Greetings, Sect Lord!" the disciples greeted respectfully.

The Golden Crow’s Sect Lord nodded as he looked toward Zhang Li'er. His eyes glistened and said, "Li'er, you broke through to the Astral Infant Stage?"

"That's right. It was all because of Wang Ke and Mo Sanshan. Those two bast*rds really made me angry!" Zhang Li'er complained, still fuming.

"That's a good thing!" The Sect Lord laughed.

"What's so good about that? Sect Lord, Mo Sanshan is crazy! Why would he be slandering me left and right? Sect Lord, send someone to track him down. He hides whenever I chase him. I'm so angry!" Zhang Li'er grumbled.
