The asuras that Gu Hai, Gu Qin, Meng Tai, and Gao Xianzhi had transformed into had grown larger and stronger. They returned to the Slaughter Divine Palace’s plaza.

Now, the four gave off crimson auras. Clearly, they had slaughtered exceedingly ferociously over the past three months.

“Imperial Father, this child has been killing in high spirits. This child can already deal with a Grade 2 asura. Why are we going back?” Gu Qin asked, feeling reluctant.

Gu Hai tossed out many spirit stones, and the three caught them.

The three quickly absorbed the energy in the spirit stones, which were soon reduced to powder. Then, the four took out more spirit stones and absorbed the energy. They only felt somewhat better after absorbing the energy of more than one hundred spirit stones.

“Our spiritual souls strengthened too much; our physical bodies could not keep up. We will learn from this. We need to place our bodies in a Spirit Gathering Ritual Array,” Gu Hai said.
