Gu Hai nodded and walked to the front.

There was a large altar in the ritual array, with countless strange beasts carved on it. Each of these beasts had a pair of humongous horns on their heads. There were recesses in the surroundings filled with spirit stones.

“Imperial Father, this ritual array has already been completed. What else needs to be done?” Gu Qin asked.

“Dongfang Bubai, Ximen Chuixue, Dugu Qiubai, and Zhang Sanfeng, protect us and prevent anyone from approaching,” Gu Hai suddenly called out.

The four cloud beast experts immediately arrived outside the ritual array.

Then, Gu Hai activated one of the stones on the ritual array.

Buzz! Buzz! Buzz!

Energy suddenly poured into the altar in a certain order, turning the entire altar blue.

The blue light slowly coalesced at the altar’s center, forming a ball. This energy ball grew increasingly larger until it was thirty-three meters in diameter. Then, sinister energy poured out of the energy ball.
