EIF: Inhouse payment and EIF Patreon now includes TOOLATE chapters for some tiers

Two announcements today.

1) EIF will now accept in-house payment for monthly advance chapter subbing. It's essentially exactly the same as Patreon, but directly through the site instead of Patreon.

2) The DragonInWhite Patreon will now offer both EIF and TOOLATE advance chapters for up to the Martial Disciple tier. If you are already subbed to Patreon, there is no reduction of advance chapters from EIF. However, you now get extra TOOLATE advance chapters!
