Adding five more statuettes was equal to wagering 3,100 chips.

Xing Mo calculated in her head and found that it was equivalent to the price of a golden ticket.

This guy, he already had three Dragons. Clearly, he couldn't lose, so why was he still raising the stakes? What for?

In the next moment, Xing Mo's questions were answered.

As the champion's five statuettes were revealed to be Goblin, Elf, Dragon, Dragon, Dragon, the other two players couldn't sit still.

With their original lineup, they still had a chance to defeat the champion in a four-person fight. However, with three additional Dragons joining the camp, the guy might now be able to defeat the other three all by himself.

As a result, the others had no choice but to also wager more chips to increase the number of statuettes, or else they would be no match for the champion.

This was the result the champion was after: more chips meant greater earnings when he won.

The attendant continued to distribute statuettes. The new statuettes the other two players received were Elf, Dragon, Warship and Goblin, Goblin, Goblin respectively.

One of the two clenched his fists and celebrated, while the other heaved a heavy sigh.

After all, the second place would at least get their money back, while the next two places would be the losers.

But the new Goblin lord was not too dispirited. After all, the one at the bottom of the totem pole was the little girl.

Although she only staked one hundred chips, but that was enough to have her go home crying and get spanked tonight.

Seeing that the betting stage was over, the attendant took two steps forward and raised his wand: "Since everyone is ready, let the Game of Gold begin!"

A golden light poured into the tabletop, flowing rapidly, and then the statuettes started to move.

In a moment, the tabletop turned into a battlefield—Dragons roared and breathed fire in the sky, Warships fired from cannons at the sky, Knights rushed toward each other and swung their swords.

In front of such grand battle scenes, Aurora's female Knight and her Goblin friends were akin to five small pebbles. The Goblins rushed toward the opposing Dragons and were quickly engulfed by Dragonfire.

The other players looked at Aurora with a sneer. Aurora, on the other hand, still had an indifferent expression on her face.

"Are you okay?" Xing Mo whispered in Aurora's ear, of course, to prevent her from suddenly flipping the table over.

"I'm fine." Aurora remained calm and collected, "I got this in the bag."

On the battlefield, Dragonfire spurted, tearing the battlefield and enemy troops asunder. The Dragons seized the sky and dominated the entire battle.

After a short while, all the statuettes of the "Goblin lord" were destroyed, and he slumped in his chair and covered his face with his hands.

The other player, who had a Dragon, was also quickly defeated: his Dragon killed one of the champion's Dragons, and then was annihilated by the champion's other five Dragons.

Of the five Dragons, two were shot down by cannons and Elven arrows, while the remaining three destroyed everything else on the ground.

"I won." the champion clapped his hands, "I'm taking all the chips."

He smiled at Aurora, showing gold embedded in his teeth.

The corners of Aurora's mouth curved, her petite figure exuding the aura of a battle-hardened veteran.

"It's not over yet." She said softly.

The champion was taken aback. In the next moment, a figure flew out of the cloud of dust covering the battlefield and stabbed at a Dragon in the sky—

—it was the female Knight subordinated to Aurora!

She pierced the Dragon's throat with her sword. She did not kill it, but instead flipped onto its back and grabbed the horns on its head.

The Dragon spewed fire in agony. The female Knight exerted herself, causing the fire to shoot straight toward another Dragon. The Dragon was immediately burned until only a skeleton remained, then fell to the table and shattered into golden powder.

The last Dragon reacted quickly. It flew toward the Dragon the female Knight rode, opened its huge maw, and bit the other party's throat.

The female Knight jumped on the last Dragon's head, stabbed her sword into its spine, and then started running down its back.

Golden blood spurted out as the Dragon's back was cut open. It roared in pain a few times, then dropped on the tabletop and moved no more.

The last statuette standing on the battlefield was Aurora's female Knight.

She bowed to Aurora and then stood still, not moving at all.

For the following several seconds, no one at the table spoke.

The champion picked up a cigarette with trembling hands and tried to light it with his wand, but failed several times.

On his fifth try, he finally succeeded, then smashed the wand, stood up, and roared: "This is some wicked sorcery! She must have cheated! This kind of thing is not feasible!"

A Knight slaying three Dragons alone was like Fallouans attacking the Machiavellian capital, Gallo, overnight.

That was impossible, absolutely impossible.

The attendant was obviously panicking. According to his understanding, this kind of thing was unprecedented.

After all, the movements the female Knight exhibited were unlike the movements of a Golden Totem. A small totem forged from Living Gold could at best perform some simple movements. It couldn't possibly flip and jump in the air...

But after checking for a long time, he couldn't find any traces of string magic being played in the surrounding space, not to mention that the little girl didn't even take out her wand.

Unless the little girl was some mythical creature or God, she couldn't possibly leave no trace!

And the probability that the little girl was not human was smaller than that of the female Knight single-handedly killing Dragons.

Thereupon, the attendant cleared his throat and said methodically: "Sir, the probability of a Knight killing three Dragons is indeed very low, but it is not impossible."

"The Sunflower Hot Springs solely focuses on the outcome, no matter how absurd the process. We kindly request your acceptance."

The champion's eyes suddenly turned dull. He glanced at Aurora, but Aurora just waved her hand: "The way to winning lies in leadership."

"I can't accept it!" The champion bellowed, "Let's go again! Let's go again! I don't believe I can't beat you tonight!"

When Aurora got the chips allocated for the winner, Xing Mo finally breathed a sigh of relief.

This is enough to buy the golden tickets…

Xing Mo mused to herself. She was about to pull Aurora away, but the little loli had already pushed all the chips away from herself: "I'm all in! Bring me my troops!"

"Hey!" Xing Mo spoke anxiously next to her ear, "Stop it! We've already reached our goal!"

"Don't fuss." Aurora stroked Xing Mo's head absentmindedly, "I'm feeling peckish. Go buy me sweet iced tea and meat. Hurry along. We'll leave once you return."

"I'm all in as well!" The champion roared and threw a bunch of chips, "Little girl, I'm going to show you the power of a legion!"

Looking at Aurora and her indifferent expression, Xing Mo wanted to say something, but then the brand on the back of her hand stung.

She if she didn't go to buy food for the lass of her own volition, she would be compelled into doing so.

In the end, Xing Mo sighed and left the gambling den to look for food.
