It would have been hard for him to completely destroy the Egg of the Beast God, especially given the defensive and regenerative prowess of the latter.

This complicates things.

Roel gritted his teeth as he tried to figure out a countermeasure to the situation, but it was impossible for him to figure out a solution within such a short period of time.

Meanwhile, the mutated deviants slowly regained their mobility with the revival of the Egg of the Beast God. The soldiers on the battlefield also noticed the situation with the Egg of the Beast God and widened their eyes in shock. Nora, Charlotte, and the others were also startled.

What she was more concerned about was how the black sludge mutated deviants were slowly regaining their mobility, whereas the human soldiers were starting to show signs of exhaustion after Howl of Crimson Lightning’s effects died out.
