Darkness was designated for the demonstration of the Steal skill, while Satou Kazuma chose Megumin and Aqua for the Life Drain skill. Megumin had already cast explosion magic today, making this the perfect opportunity to replenish her stamina and mana. As for Aqua, she was an excellent source.

Furthermore, Darkness’s utility wasn’t limited to Steal. If Chen Heng wanted to learn some low-level offensive magic, Darkness was the ideal choice. Satou Kazuma was quite confident that Darkness wouldn’t refuse.

“Oh, me? Finally…finally, are you going to use your skills on me, Kazuma? Your desires, suppressed for so long, are they finally going to be unleashed on me? Ah! No, I’m sure I’ll be treated in all sorts of ways, ravaged to the core, right? Satou Kazuma, you pervert!” Darkness protested, waving her hands frantically, although her body swayed strangely, and her face flushed red.

“Shut up! I’m just using the Steal skill normally. What are you thinking?” Satou Kazuma finally lost his patience. While there weren’t many people on the street now, there were still some, and they were giving Satou Kazuma extremely odd looks.

Although Satou Kazuma wasn’t particularly concerned about how others saw him—after all, he had earned the nickname Kazuma the Brute—it didn’t mean he liked being slandered.

Feeling sorry for himself, Satou Kazuma genuinely wanted to showcase his Steal skill properly this time.

In the original story, Satou Kazuma had also used Steal on Darkness but had stolen a hairpin. While it was just a hairpin, it was of great importance to Darkness, so it was taken.

Satou Kazuma now suspected that the target of his Steal should be something the target considered the most valuable.

The first time he used Steal, he targeted Chris, who had a short sword worth 400,000 eris. However, instead of the sword, he ended up with Chris’s underwear.

To Chris, the 400,000-eris short sword meant nothing.

When Satou Kazuma tried it on the headless undead knight, a Dullahan, he had intended to steal the knight’s great sword,
