Indestructible God King Chapter 53.1 A Cloud-piercing Arrow (1/2)

The demons’ aura overwhelmed the entire place; there were more than one Golden Core Stage demon who pushed back against the Zhu Cultivation Town’s cultivators by merely using black gusts of wind swept up by their sleeves.

She Tianba was already in a desperate situation, but the arrival of the demons gave him a burst of hope. He didn't know that group of demons, but he had gleaned from Zhu Yan’s words that they were there for Wang Ke.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend!

“You are here to deal with Wang Ke? Quick! I’ll pin him down. Kill him, quick!” She Tianba urged excitedly.

Wang Ke’s face turned grim. Did Zhu Yan hire a bunch of demons using his emperor’s influence?

“Wang Ke, I bet you didn't expect this! You never thought I would catch you this quickly, right? Hahaha, The shame you brought upon me in the palace… I’m going to return it a hundredfold! Also, where’s my bead bracelet? Where is it?” Zhu Yan questioned Wang Ke in a threatening manner.

“Zhu Yan, which one is the Netherborn you spoke about?” a demon asked.

“That one! It’s her!” Zhu Yan pointed to Princess Youyue. “But you must wait for a while first. I need to get my beads back first!”

“Oh?” The demons looked toward the princess.

She was terrified, so she quickly hid beside Wang Ke.

“Hahaha, no use hiding! Wang Ke can’t even protect himself now!” said Zhu Yan.

“Wang Ke, what should we do?” Princess Youyue asked anxiously.

Wang Ke’s eyelid was twitching unstoppably. Run?There’s no way I can run away now! That’s a group of Golden Core Stage demons! There’s no way!

“Wang Ke, I’m going to force the answer out of you if you don’t tell me right away! I even brought my whip!” said Zhu Yan as he took out a whip.

He was going to return the shame a hundredfold.

Princess Youyue was really scared, and none of the town’s residents dared to utter a word.

Wang Ke tried to curb his anxiety. His long experience in dealing with difficult situations in the world helped him calm down!

“Zhu Yan, the trip over must have been tiring for you! Thank you!” Wang Ke said after taking a deep breath.

Novel Notes

Dear IGK readers,

It's been one and a half years since I started IGK, and I think it's safe to say now that it's not doing well.

After some careful thought and discussion with my wife, I have come to the decision to stop working on IGK and focus on my other commitments, e.g., my studies and other part time works.

The last chapter I will publish will be 192.2.

Thank you for your supports thus far, especially my dear patrons! Sorry to disappoint those who love this story very much. I've really been enjoying it so far and I do feel reluctant to let it go, but circumstance calls for it.
