He extended his palm outwards before he turned it up, revealing a beast xin. It was of a faint aquamarine colour and a faint heat could be felt. A feathered pattern could also be made out, and it glistened slightly. It was like a jewel of sorts with a somewhat mysterious air to it.

“Please accept this,” Violet Flame Noble proffered the object with both hands to the Gatekeeper.

Without warning, it was engulfed by a fiercely blazing flame of the same colour. At the same time, the surrounding temperature sharply rose.

It wasn’t as hot as the True Ice Yin Metal was cold, but its heat was terrifying all the same.

The ground that was encased in ice not long ago was all but dried up right now, and the earth cracked as all the remnant moisture was sapped under the calefaction of the flame!

A majestic and somewhat elegant aura also spread out along with the heat of this flame.

He let loose a sigh of relief and after handing over the Azure Eagle Phoenix’s beast xin; he took his place beside Wei Yun.

The Gatekeeper then waited for the next person from Long Di’s group to present their item.

Qin Ling came forward next. She waved her hand and proffered a thumb-sized dull and dirty-looking piece of metal. It looked like it was permanently stained with dirt and a heavy aura that carried a very faint chill continuously radiated from it.

Additionally, Qin Ling’s small face evinced strain simply by holding up this thumb-sized piece of metal. As if this tiny object was extremely heavy. One should know cultivators possessed strength that very few times showed on the surface.
