Old General Guan Yang was in a grey armor and his body gave off a majestic aura. On one side were the officials and the other side the generals. The entire Dongxing Province was managed by this bunch of people. I glanced and saw their ranks. After the system was refreshed, the ranking system became really strict.

Old General Guan Yang, one of the three Dukes of the empire. He had a purple gold flower on his armor and that was similar to a marshal. Below was the Silver Frost Army commander Wang Shuang. He had three golden stars which was commander in chief. Frost army had 150 thousand people and his position was enough for it. Further down was a general called Zhou Chong who also had three golden stars, he was the general of Winter Sun City’s Reserve Army.

Out of the generals, Wang Shuang and Zhou Chong were closest to Zhen Yang Duke which showed their importance in the province. Further behind were four generals with one golden star and they were Side Generals which were like Majors. They were the generals with silver stars, at most there were three stars and the least were two. Lower meant that their ranks were too low and they didn’t have the rights to stand here. \

As for me, a Brilliant General, my armor had stars but I had two silver stars. Although I was the highest ranked player but I was a little brother here. But I had another identity which was a core Dragon Region member, this was more important than any rank.

“Okay.”

Guan Yang raised his hand and smiled, “PLace the army land allocation matter aside first, Sir July Wildfire is here!”

I laughed and cupped my fists respectfully, “Greetings Duke!”

“No need to be so polite.”

Guan Yang looked at me and smiled, “You definitely brought something with you right?”

“Yes, here I have my Senior Sister… Dragon Region Head Jing Yun Yue’s letter to you.”

“Oh? Please hand it over!”
