They only had cloud ladders that burn to fire. They weren’t able to threaten Tian Ling City which was 50 meters high.

Rather than say that they were surrounding the city, they were just sending experience to us.

Tian Ling City’s defence had upgraded after the last country war and the walls were 50 meters
