Weird Live Broadcast: I Can Deduce Endlessly Chapter 141: Compromise (5)

Gu Yi sat silently in the resting room, lost in thought.

He had just completed his last deduction, having tried numerous times but never achieving a perfect outcome.

If he alerted the authorities, he might save his parents, but then, he wouldn't be able to win the game.

If he convinced his teammates to play seriously, his parents would still be harmed by the coach.

His only gain from these deductions was a complete understanding of the opponent's tactics and improving his own skills.

What a pity...

If only his skill 'psychological suggestion' was stronger, he could have changed the coach's intentions or convinced his teammates to follow him, making the exam much easier.

I'm always just a little short of things to win...

"What's wrong?"

AD came over and sat beside Gu Yi. He glanced at the door, noticing the coach still on the phone, his eyes vigilantly on the two of them.

Gu Yi was silent for a moment before speaking. "Captain, I have a question."

[1] BP, or Ban/Pick phase, is a term commonly used in competitive video games, particularly in MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) games like League of Legends or Dota 2. During this phase, teams take turns banning (disallowing certain characters or heroes from being used in the game) and picking (selecting the characters or heroes they will use) before the actual gameplay begins. This phase is strategic, as teams must consider their game plan and try to counter their opponents' strategies.

[2] AFK stands for "Away From Keyboard." In gaming, it refers to a player who is not actively participating in the game, either due to being away from their computer or console or simply not playing despite being connected to the game.
