The power of a silicon-based pseudogod came from the armor of Mechagod Prosperity. Although it was only a portion, it was undeniable that every pseudogod had a portion of the authority of a true god.

According to Prosperity's investigation, there were a total of five modules that had descended to the mortal world at this stage—Detection, Light Particle, Basic God Regulation, Annihilation and Construction.

Among them, the painful loss of the Detection Module was the greatest setback for the silicon-based pseudogods. This prevented the silicon-based pseudogods from locking onto the coordinates of the out-of-control terminal. Therefore, they could not attack the out-of-control terminal immediately.
