His aegis energy went from faint blue to a dark purplish color. Lu Ping didn't fight back and used the momentum from the attack to propel him forwards.

The river of sword lights in front of him all struck the same spot on the ice halo. Despite Shui Wu-Huan being far more powerful than Lu Ping, the heavily concentrated sword light attacks still caused the ice halo to crack.

Shui Wu-Huan closely chased after Lu Ping. Her face was cold as ice as she cast another spell to heal the crack in the ice halo.

It was too late to recall the Golden Scale Sword to keep the crack open. Additionally, Lu Ping's condition didn’t allow him to cast another great sword divine ability.

Lu Ping gritted his teeth and sent out a white fire to the crack along with seven high-grade spirit stones. He cast the [Spirit Explosion Technique] on the spirit stones, causing the massive spiritual energy to enhance the white fire and melt the ice around the crack.

"This is… A wonder fire?"

Shui Wu-Huan was overjoyed and moved faster. She had already assumed that it would soon be hers after she killed Lu Ping.

The white fire was the Spirit Fueled Mystical Heavenly Fire. It was initially an Earth-class mid-grade wonder fire, but after it was enhanced by the seven high-grade spirit stones, its power was no weaker than an Earth-class high-grade wonder fire.

As the Spirit Fueled Mystical Heavenly Fire melted the ice and enlarged the crack, the ice halo reached its limit and shattered into pieces, falling to the ground.

Despite this, the situation still didn't look good for Lu Ping. He was severely injured; his fellow sect members were entangled by opposing Enlightened Masters, and Shui Wu-Huan still had plenty of energy left and the determination to kill him.

There was no way out for him; death was still inevitable.
