Chen Heng responded, “What I’m saying is that if you’ve encountered an inner demon, it’s best to resolve it straight away. Not only can I see your inner demon, but I also know that it has something to do with your master. She…you shouldn’t wait for her to reach out. If you need to ask her anything, you must be proactive. If you’re waiting for her to come to you with an explanation, you might not get an answer even at the end of your life.”

While Chen Heng could indeed see Cheng Lixue’s inner demon, his claim that it was related to Fu Hua was merely a blind guess. He feared that even if Fu Hua understood the situation and knew about Cheng Lixue’s inner demon, she might still hold back due to her reserved nature, prolonging the issue indefinitely.

“You—”

“Stop! Stop! Stop! Take it up with your master if you have anything to say. I’m going to sleep. Don’t disturb me.”

Chen Heng immediately cut Cheng Lixue off when she started speaking. He had no desire to get embroiled in the emotional entanglements between master and disciple; it was too much hassle!

However, he could bring this up to Fu Hua in the chat group.

He Who Knows Fate: Fu Hua, I saw your disciple Cheng Lixue.

Flat-Chested Chinese: Why do you change how you address me every time?

He Who Knows Fate: Of course, it’s because I like you.

Flat-Chested Chinese: …

He Who Knows Fate: Immortal, let me tell you, the Azure Empyrea is super cool and completely aligns with my aesthetic. The Phoenix as well.

Umaru-chan: Fu Hua, don’t mind him. Chen Heng is always blunt and starts flirting with 2D characters out of the blue. He even declared Kal’tsit his waifu last time.

Efreet: But don’t worry. He’s in love with the 2D game character version of you, not the real one.

Flat-Chested Chinese: …Should I be pleased?

He Who Knows Fate: Did I say that about Kal’tsit?

Kal’tsit: Scumbag! You deny it after saying it. Humph!

He Who Knows Fate: Kal’tsit, you…this doesn’t sound like
