Wang Ke and Zhang Zhengdao looked up to the sky before finding cover under the big tree.

“Damn it. Zhang Li'er and Zhang Shenxu must be nuts! They sent out lots of cranes to search for us!” Wang Ke said angrily.

A dozen cranes were patrolling the skies, looking for something.

“I got the news that Zhang Li'er is hunting you down! It’s the end for you, Wang Ke. And even now, you still dare to come out? You’re toast if Zhang Li'er catches you!” Zhang Zhengdao gloated.

“Ptooey. Mo Sanshan and Murong Luguang will certainly scheme against me anyway! At least they won’t find us if we leave the sect. Who knows what traps we can fall into if we stay!” Wang Ke said.

“What’s with this ‘we’? It’s you they’re looking for! This has nothing to do with me!” Zhang Zhengdao immediately drew a clear boundary with Wang Ke.

“Who said so? When you were still the general manager, I asked you whether you gave her his salary when she left.” Wang Ke asked.

“Uhh, is this something I’m responsible for?” Zhang Zhengdao was a little shocked to hear this.

“Debts must be paid. It’s the salary of a cultivator, how dare you keep the money to yourself! Are you even human? She will surely flay you if she finds you!” Wang Ke rebutted with a stare.

“This has nothing to do with me! She didn’t want it!” Zhang Zhengdao explained himself anxiously.

“We can be at peace then; they are coming after us anyway!” Wang Ke tried comforting his friend.

“Bullsh*t,” Zhang Zhengdao rebutted, “You initially asked me to stay in the tower. Why did you suddenly change your mind and ask me to leave with you? You want me to divert them while you run away?”

“Aiya? How dare you talk back! I’m the God Wang Company’s boss and you’re just a staff member. Your job is to protect your boss! Have you forgotten the terms and conditions? The boss’ safety is the highest priority. Haven’t you read it? Who else would lead you to more riches if something were to happen to me?” Wang Ke chided him with a stare.

“I… You…!” Zhang Zhengdao raged but was lost

It's been one and a half years since I started IGK, and I think it's safe to say now that it's not doing well.

After some careful thought and discussion with my wife, I have come to the decision to stop working on IGK and focus on my other commitments, e.g., my studies and other part time works.
