Shang Jing got out of bed. Even though he did not play any games last night, his sleep quality was bad.

Just then, the area beside his pillow vibrated. He rubbed his eyes and picked his phone with a dead expression. It was a call from Lin Lin.

“Hello, Lin Lin?”

Lin Lin adopted a fast and clear tone whenever she talked about work. “He Jiang previously tasked me to find some easy talk shows or endorsements for you. After some selection on my side, I have shortlisted a kitchenware endorsement and a live recording session. Are you interested in any of them?”

After a night of thinking, Shang Jing made up his mind to get a divorce after the filming of the variety show ended, regardless of whether he had enough to repurchase his father’s house or not. He was in great need to escape He Jiang’s social circle and have his own so it would never come to the point again where He Jiang was out drinking and not picking up his calls and the only thing he could do was guard an empty house like a distraught and lonely wife.

He was too careless to let himself degrade back to the starting point.

The kitchenware endorsement, if he was not wrong, was offered to him based on his title of ‘He Jiang’s virtuous wife’. It would definitely not survive their divorce and would instead get into legal troubles with the brand.

Shang Jing: “I’ll pass on the endorsement, I’m not a celebrity anyway.”

Lin Lin: “What about the live recording session? During the session, the host would pick out questions the netizens were most curious about and conduct an interview with you. I’ll make sure to review the questions before the session to make sure there are no hard questions. It will be 40 minutes long and the remuneration after tax is 1.8 million yuan.”

Shang Jing swallowed the words of rejection that were at the top of his tongue back into his system. The remuneration was truly attractive and money was just best friend.

Shang Jing: “Ok.”

Lin Lin: “Ok, I’ll go ahead and prepare the contracts for that. If things go smoothly, they will broadcast the preview this after
