These shouts let Long DI know that the chaff finally learned what was happening with the pills.

Despair overtook them before anger quickly took hold and they looked at Long Di with that rage burning ever hotter. Now they learned why he stopped taking in any more pills.

They were angry because he didn't bother to tell anyone about the pills going bad the minute they entered the storage rings.

“You!” One of them pointed their fingers at him in anger.

“You knew this would happen!”

“Correct,” Long Di didn't shy away from admitting it.

“Why didn't you say anything!? We lost so many pills!” Several groups got up and closed in on Long Di.

“You all sneered at me and hurt my feelings,” said Long Di deadpan.

“You!” these people nearly tripped over themselves at Long Di's admission.

Wasn't this too petty!? Wasn't this too shameless!?

When the Destiny Scale saw this, it trembled. It was shaken by Long Di's actions but chose to say nothing. Long Di went over mountains, through seas, and across a land of fire and ice before he came upon a desolate land devoid of life.

Long Di's eyes fluttered open as if he was waking from a dream. What he saw caused his brows to intrude upon the territory of his hairline.
