Translator Notes

So I think I’ve used this before but didn’t explain. Adding ‘er to the end of a name is a term of endearment in Chinese vernacular. An example is if the person is called Yan, and we say Yan’er, it’s the same thing but with a level of intimacy reserved for close family members, close friends, or even lovers.
