“No.” Gu Hai frowned slightly.

During the royal assembly the next day, Gu Qin mentioned the envoys. Then, Gu Hai officially assigned the handling of this matter to Mo Yike in front of all the officials.

Mo Yike understood that Gu Hai did this in consideration of his feelings. Even if he chased the envoys away, Gu Hai would not blame him. However, could he do that? Furthermore, when those envoys saw Mo Yike, they looked like they had seen their savior, so he could not bear to reject them.
