“We can’t continue like this!”

Wang Shuang held his sword and his face was filled with rage, “Line up and use the five element formation. We have to block their attacks!”

“Yes general!”

All of a sudden, people charged out from Wang Shuang’s guards. All of them were wearing grey robes. Some were young men while some were really old. They all held talisman stones and magical powers surged from their bodies. They appeared around Wang Shuang before starting to channel the power of the stones.

“Shua!”

The ground with Wang Shuang at the center started to tremble. In a blink of an eye, five streaks of light charged up from the five corners of the formation. The colors were all different and they represented the five elements. The sky buzzed and light descended. Instantly, a formation filled with thick life force appeared.

“Metal!”

Wang Shuang rose up into the air and on the ground, those members raised their stones. Five element power surged into the sky and wrapped around Wang Shuang. The moment they raised their swords, Wang Shuang hollered and slashed out a golden light. It pierced through the air and headed right towards Valen who was hundred meters out.

“Oh?’

Valen laughed and raised his halberd, “What dumb formation is this, are you kidding me?”

He swept with his halberd and instantly this formation was broken in one hit. Golden dust descended. Valen didn’t move at all and just frowned slightly, “This is all?”

“Tsk!”

Wang Shuang started to channel his douqi while absorbing the energy of the formation. He raised his sword and shouted, “Come, power of earth!”

Light started to buzz again and Wang Shuang’s sword spat out a golden earth light. In a blink of an eye, cracks started to appear in the air. Shortly after, fist-sized red meteors shot out right at Valen.

He laughed coldly and looked at the meteor rain. He smiled, “This?!”
