Imperial Capital Prison is a circular prison. The outer ring houses the dormitories and offices for the prison guards, while the center contains the cells for the inmates.

The cell block is tower-shaped. Its exterior Hume levels must be maintained below -100 at all times to ensure that the inmates cannot escape and external weird forces cannot infiltrate.
