The mysterious crystal case flew out from Qin Nan’s storage bag on its own. It illuminated the surrounding darkness with a pure white light.

Following this, a mist-like figure appeared from it.

The old man had a few white hairs on his head, with squinted eyes and a collapsed nose. He was wearing a long white robe, with a few holes on its sleeves. He looked like a beggar from his appearance, a great contrast to his terrifying aura.

Tsk tsk, so this is what the Ancient Demon Abyss look like…” The old man scanned his surroundings and exclaimed. Following this, his gaze landed onto Qin Nan’s figure with a hint of pride, “Even though I can see my young self from this kid’s manner, his strength is nothing compared to my young self!”

The surroundings felt silent.

It was unsure what he was being proud of.

“Fine, I won’t let you struggle anymore, otherwise you might actually die.” The old man shook his head and flickered a golden beam into Qin Nan’s figure. His damaged body began to recover at a visible speed.

“At this rate, it might take him at least three or five days to fully recover. No no, that’s a bit too long…” The old man stared at Qin Nan for the period it took an incense to burn, before he ran out of patience and snapped, “Wake up!”

BANG!

A terrifying force was unleashed with the words.

The demonic aura surrounding them was blown away, leaving a huge gap. Under the illumination of the crystal case, the soil with a strange crimson color and rocks were revealed.

Meanwhile, Qin Nan’s figure began to shudder violently.

A few breaths later, his tightly shut eyes sprang open.

Gasp…”

Qin Nan immediately took a deep breath the moment he recovered his consciousness. It felt like each of his bones had had a nail hammered into it.

Phew...What happened? Where am I? Am I at the bottom of the Ancient Demon Abyss? Who saved me?” Qin Nan glanced at his surroundings with a confused look. He remembered that he had blocked the attack from the young man, but his body had suffered a severe injury as a consequence. It was impossible
