PBS - Chapter 4 - The Martial Skill Pavilion

Not only did Qin Nan know who this Qin Xiao was, he was extremely familiar with him.

Previously when Qin Nan had been the top genius, making him the limelight among the disciples of the Qin Clan, this Qin Xiao had fawned upon him. Back in the day, Qin Nan had treated him kindly, and had even regarded him as his brother.

However, Qin Nan had never thought Qin Xiao would break his door and threaten him with words.

At that instant, Qin Nan came to a realization. Now that he had turned into a ‘piece of trash’, Qin Xiao had decided to turn against him.

Qin Xiao spoke in a proud manner, “I’m here for a simple reason. Give me your Body Tempering Pills. Don’t you dare lie to me. I know you’ve received ten Body Tempering Pills.”

He hesitated for a moment, before speaking in a disdainful tone, “Qin Nan, don’t blame your brother for being merciless. Now that you are nothing but trash, it’s a waste for you to hold onto those Body Tempering Pills. It’s better for me to take them.”

Qin Nan burst out laughing immediately, “What if I’m not willing to hand them over?”

After hearing this, Qin Xiao’s prideful expression was replaced by a cold look, “Qin Nan, if you don’t hand them over, I will show you no mercy. Even though I’ve yet to have any cultivation, my Martial Spirit is third-grade Huang ranked!”

The sword behind him instantly rose into the air while emitting an icy glow.

“Qin Xiao, it seems like you have made up your mind.” Qin Nan wore a calm expression and showed no sign of being intimidated facing the sword. “I’ve already consumed the Body Tempering Pills. You should leave now.”

After Qin Nan finished the sentence, he closed his eyes while letting out a sigh in his heart.

There was no doubt that Qin Nan was furious after seeing Qin Xiao’s scornful behavior. Normally, he would definitely beat the crap out of him, but after recollecting the relationship they had shared previously, he could not harden his heart to do so.
