PBS - Chapter 1827 - The Competition Between Exceptional Geniuses

"It's about to blossom!" a cultivator blurted out.

Three Exceptional Geniuses—Qin Nan, Zhu Yan, Gu Xiaoyao—and other Heaven Immortals shifted their attention to the Upper-Life Immortal Tree.

The gaze of many cultivators sharpened as immortal force surged within their bodies to prepare themselves.

BANG!

A dull explosion echoed in the ears of the crowd.

It did not come from the Upper-Life Immortal Tree, but the place deeper ahead.

"The treasure deeper ahead has most likely shown itself!"

Many cultivators seemed astounded.

Although they did not know anything about the mysterious Gate of Heavens, they were still aware of the reason behind the noises deeper into the place.

Despite intrigued by the treasure it held, they had no intention to be involved in the competition.

Even the outermost part of the inner sector was gathered with a bunch of Peerless Rulers, while the Nine Heavens Supremes were further inside. If they were to rush into it now, they would soon turn into icy corpses lying on the ground.

Dong...Dong...Dong...

Meanwhile, long chimes of an ancient bell were heard.

The chimes contained an extremely unique tone. Apart from Qin Nan and a few others, every cultivator was startled upon hearing them.

It felt as if time had frozen.

Qin Nan and the cultivators clearly noticed the seven-petaled flowers shattering into light glows. They scattered in the air before forming a fruit with a jade-like appearance and the size of a palm.

Following it, the Qi of the Heavens and Earth turned into great storms surging at the place.

A few different rare phenomena occurred in the rift, grabbing everyone's attention.

"Tsk tsk, the Upper-Life Immortal Tree here in the Six Unity Forbidden Land is different than the ones outside. It has borne more than eighty fruits at once!"

"Qin Nan, we must secure at least thirty of them!" Doom said excitedly.

Qin Nan did not speak, but a formidable aura burst out of his body as he sprang up the Upper-Life Immortal Tree like a tremendous ray of light.

"Mm?"
