Necromancer: I Am A Disaster Chapter 22 - The Corpse-Obliterating Godly Skill

Another blare echoed through the forest as the Knight's corpse detonated, erasing all traces of the three people without leaving a single residue behind. Corpse Explosion was a top-tier skill, perfect for obliterating corpses and erasing evidence.

Lin Moyu continued toward Xihai Mine as planned, the lair of the Goblins. As he approached, the Goblins’ levels gradually increased—level 12 Goblin Warriors, level 13 Goblin Archers—appearing one after another. However, they stood no chance against the formidable Skeletal Warriors, who cut through them like a scythe through grass.

After a night of meditation, Lin Moyu’s spirit force was fully restored. He summoned four additional Skeletal Warriors, bringing his total to 48. Now at level 10, his Summon Skeletal Warrior skill had evolved, transforming Iron Skeletal Warriors into Bronze Skeletal Warriors.

The cost of summoning a Skeletal Warrior had increased, now requiring 70 points of spirit force, but Lin Moyu, with only 300 points of spirit force, could still summon four skeletons at a time. Despite the limitations, he was satisfied. He knew that one day his summon space would be stocked. There was no rush.

As he neared the Xihai Mine dungeon, more people appeared. The monsters along the path had mostly been cleared out, and soon Lin Moyu spotted the dungeon entrance—a vortex similar to the one at the novice dungeon, but larger. The vortex of the novice dungeon had a diameter of only half a meter, while the entrance to the Xihai Mine dungeon was a full meter wide, emitting a continuous bloodthirsty aura that could instill fear in the faint-hearted.

"Ordinary rank difficulty. A party of three is looking for a Healer."

"Ordinary rank difficulty. We have a Mage and a Healer. We're looking for a Knight."

"Mine Dungeon Elite Party, nightmare rank difficulty. We have a Knight, Mage, and Assassin. Looking for a Healer and control-type support."

"Must Pass Nightmare Rank Difficulty Party, lacking Knights and Healers. Party of five looking for four members."

...

Voices echoed around the dungeon entrance as class users shouted, seeking party members. Discussions were lively, with groups forming and disbanding.

Lin Moyu walked toward the entrance, a Skeletal Warrior at his side. He had dismissed the rest, but even in the summon space, his passive skill remained active, so Lin Moyu had no concerns about his safety.

The Skeletal Warrior, with soul fire flickering in its head, made eerie clicking sounds as it moved, chilling the air around it by several degrees. Its terrifying appearance caused many to retreat, clearing a path for Lin Moyu.

He examined the dungeon's information: unlike the novice dungeon, this was not a place intended to train novices, but a real dungeon. The Xihai Mine dungeon’s level wasn’t high, and it only had two ranks of difficulty—ordinary and nightmare. Even at ordinary rank, elite monsters awaited, far stronger than those outside. The nightmare rank featured enhanced elite monsters, which were even more formidable.

A typical party for ordinary rank required three members—a tank, a damage dealer, and a healer. For nightmare rank, five were needed, with two supports and two damage dealers, underscoring the difficulty difference.

Despite the Skeletal Warrior quietly standing beside Lin Moyu, someone finally mustered the courage to approach him, "Young man, are you a Summoner?"

Lin Moyu remained silent, but the Skeletal Warrior’s eyes suddenly glowed red as it turned toward the man who had cast a Detection spell on them, causing him to step back in shock. The spell had failed, yielding no information. Lin Moyu wore a Cloaking Badge, a gift from Ning Yiyi, which prevented anyone within ten levels of him from gathering information through Detection.

Ignoring the failed attempt, Lin Moyu didn’t let the Skeletal Warrior attack—it was just a harmless spell, after all. But his silence didn’t deter others from inviting him to join their parties.

"Young man, would you like to do dungeon grinding with us? We still need a damage dealer."

"You’re a Summoner, right? Summoners are great for dealing damage. Want to join us?"

"We’re an elite party going for nightmare rank difficulty. We’ll share the drops equally."

Recognizing Lin Moyu’s strength, several people tried to recruit him, but he remained unresponsive. After reviewing the dungeon's details, he made his decision: nightmare rank difficulty.

[Please confirm that you want to choose nightmare rank difficulty.]

"I confirm!"

In an instant, Lin Moyu was teleported into the dungeon.

"He entered the dungeon."

"By himself?"

"No way, he’s soloing it? That’s really arrogant."

"Maybe, but who’s to say he can’t pull it off? Others have done it before."

"Hey, didn’t you use the Detection spell on him? What did you find? What’s his level? His class?"

"His summon is undead. I’ve never seen one like that before."

The man who cast the Detection spell looked embarrassed, "I couldn’t get any information. He’s using a Cloaking Badge."

"Well, let’s see if he makes it out alive."

"Probably just a show-off. He’ll likely chicken out and run with his tail between his legs."

Outside the dungeon, people watched with amused expressions. Overconfidence had led many to enter dungeons alone, only to meet their demise.

The Xihai Mine dungeon, true to its name, featured a dark, rugged, mine-like terrain. The air was thick with tension and the strong scent of blood.

Lin Moyu stood before a massive iron gate; opening it marked the official start of the dungeon. Behind the gate, a monster over 2 meters tall roared, having sensed Lin Moyu's presence. The moment he opened the gate, the creature would charge, intent on tearing him to pieces.
