TOOLATE - Book 05 Chapter 010: Scapegoat System

“I don’t know. I initially thought I re:lived. This is my first time hearing that the world had reset. System 2333, get out here!” The moment Luo Li spoke, Chen Heng knew she had double standards. He kept feeling she was not very nice to this system.

However, Chen Heng did not care. It was not his system, after all. For all he knew, this system might enjoy being treated like this.

“I’m here.” The system immediately appeared after Luo Li summoned it.

“Since the world reset, why didn’t you tell me?” Luo Li believed what Chen Heng’s ancestor had said. After all, he was a transcender.

Although Luo Li did not fully grasp the concept of a transcender, she had a rough idea based on her system’s attitude towards the Chen Clan ancestor.

Had Luo Li known this was a world reset, she would have come looking for Chen Heng long ago. Thus, it was all the system’s fault. If the system did not give her a perfect explanation, she did not mind teaching it another lesson.

“Honestly, I refuse the bear the blame for this. Every time I wanted to tell you about it, you would interrupt me. Every time I raised it, you refused to listen. All you do is call for Elder Brother Heng this, Elder Brother Heng that every time. How can you blame me? Just think about how many times you have interrupted me.” The more System 2333 spoke, the more aggrieved it felt. Even Chen Heng looked at it with pity.

This system…feels quite beaten down for some reason.

“Cough! Cough! Elder Brother Heng, something went wrong with the system, so I did not notice.” Luo Li answered Chen Heng’s question seriously.

What a girl! If Chen Heng had not heard what the system said, he would have thought it was true.

“By the way, Elder Brother Heng, how did you know about the future?”

“Ah! Speaking of that, it is thanks to the woman wearing a kimono standing beside my ancestor earlier. If you checked with Mo Qingtong, you should know she is my younger sister in name who suddenly appeared. Based on earlier, her world consciousness must have wanted to come out for a brea
