The Thousand Army Sword Technique that Xiao Chen had obtained was a famous Peak Mortal Grade Martial Technique in the Central Great Realm.

In the Central Great Realm, Cultivation Techniques and Martial Techniques were strictly classified.

Many of the Martial Techniques and Cultivation Techniques of the sects in the various clusters were not even considered Mortal Grade in the Central Great Realm.

When a Cultivation Technique or Martial Technique reached the Earth Grade, it would commonly be referred to as a divine technique.

This was due to the incredibly vast might of those Martial Techniques. They were very hard to cultivate and very rare and precious as well.

For example, the Sword Technique that Huangpu Qi practiced was an Inferior Earth Grade Sword Technique, also commonly known as a divine technique.
