In the skies above Antarctica, a massive sun appeared. However, unlike the dragon-shaped sun that once appeared in Tokyo, this colossal sun was a deep black, reminiscent of a solar eclipse.

This sun emitted a dim, dark yellow light, casting the entire continent of Antarctica into a gloomy darkness, much like the legendary Ragnarok, the twilight of the gods.

The interior of this sun was as black as ink, and it seemed to be brewing a terrifying power. Soon, this ink-like substance began to flow from within the "sun" and transformed into dark red magma with an aura of darkness, pouring onto the Antarctic continent.

Subsequently, these streams of magma began to coalesce, forming hundreds, if not thousands, of fire giants. These giants were even more terrifying than the previous army of Shoggoths.

In an instant, a legion of fire giants appeared on the continent of Antarctica.

Surtur stood at a height of a kilometer. And the giants created from the magma flowing from the sun were less than a fifth of Surtur's height. Still, they were well over a hundred meters tall and were colossal monsters that humans could not hope to resist. Each giant was like a skyscraper, and if these hundreds of giants, composed of molten magma, were allowed to flood into human cities, it would take no time at all for them to reduce an international metropolis to molten slag.

Meanwhile, the ongoing events in Antarctica have been approved for worldwide broadcast. It was as though they were live-streaming the entire event to the world.

If the past live streams only showed a million or so viewers, which represented popularity rather than actual viewership, this time, the billions of views were undoubtedly accurate. Major television networks had also begun broadcasting the events, and the entire world was paying attention to this mythical battle that could determine the fate of humanity.
