Aurora didn’t mind this, however. In fact, she welcomed it. Though she had been educated in matters of etiquette and proper noble demeanor, she had no love for social gatherings like this and would prefer not to attend if given the choice. Nonetheless, as the princess of the Subila Kingdom and heir to the throne, she had to force herself to participate in these social functions. Especially if they were put together by her sister.

At the banquet, Aurora got to know many powerful people of the Dragon kingdom and many foreign dignitaries, making this trip worth taking.

As the celebrations reached their full swing, the many nobles present walked around and chattered with glasses of wine in their hands. Ladies and gentlemen danced in the middle of the hall as the bards weaved dulcet melodies with their instruments.

Aurora, like many nobles, wandered in this luxury. She recalled the information that Alexia had given her earlier and flitted from group to group, introducing herself and making small talk with the nobles of Dragon City.

The nobles of the Dragon Kingdom had to give Aurora some face, especially when their queen had allowed her to live in the palace. This basically almost confirmed her identity as a daughter of the Dragon God. Whether it was Aurora’s political identity or religious identity, these could not beat her identity as the Dragon God’s daughter.

Aurora felt her smile stiffen after a long time. After bidding farewell to a marquis, she was ready to take a break. Despite her legendary rank, she felt exhausted.

Soon, Aurora came to the second floor and saw Louie in the corner while holding the railing and looking down at the people with interest.

After hesitating for a while she walked over to him.
