While Shang Jing searched up the full passage of 《Annals of Xiang Xuanzhi》, He Jiang has just reached the Sheng Jin residential area. This was where he stayed three years ago, in the penthouse of a skyscraper overlooking the city.

This was also where he kept the phone he used three years ago.

He Jiang did not waste any time and ran into his apartment. They were currently fighting a time-sensitive war where a minute of delay could mean a few thousand additional shares of the posts and word.

He flung open his room door and pulled out a drawer. With the speed of light, he put the phone on charge and turned it on. Inside the photo gallery, he picked out a photo of an international air freight delivery slip alongside a package.

Next, he logged into WeChat with the phone. Inside, there were still records of his past conversations with Shang Jing.

When they broke up, he could not bring himself to delete their chat records. But he could also not bear the daily reminder of the failed relationship that accompanied the sight of these messages so he decided to change his phone.

With all these ready in hand, He Jiang crafted a Weibo post to clear Shang Jing’s name.
