EIF - Book 07 Chapter 195: The Terrifying Mind Control

Whoosh!

Kong Xuan’s six-colored divine light lashed out. However, Houqing countered it instantly with a gust of white wind. The six-colored divine light and the white wind exploded with a loud report before Kong Xuan and Houqing collided.

Violent flames immediately erupted around the two. Kong Xuan’s face twisted into a grimace, while Houqing’s face radiated murderous intent. Their collision sent massive shock waves into the surroundings.

Gu Hai extended his hand and pulled all the guards stationed around Heaven Cang Palace into the Gu’s Immortal Firmament.

“Meow!”

Mao Tianyun lashed out with its claws. Suddenly, fire surged up all around. A colossal dragon head made of fire charged Gu Hai.

“Nether river!” Long Wanqing yelled out.

Whoosh!

The roiling waters of the nether river rushed to meet the blazing fire, and the giant fiery dragon head plunged into the nether river.

“What are you doing, Long Wanqing? We told you Long Wanyu could not be disturbed! Do you want to harm Long Wanyu?” Mao Tianyun roared in disapproval.

“I trust my husband!” Long Wanqing retorted coldly.

Upon hearing of the danger to Long Wanyu, the Unborn Man was alarmed and appeared at the entrance to Heaven Cang Palace, almost at the same time as Gu Hai.

Boom!

Without hesitation, the two blasted open the massive doors of Heaven Cang Palace. The moment the doors opened, a torrent of mist poured out, and everyone got a clear view of the interior.

All the small floating islands were shattered, presumably destroyed by Dahong and his men. However, the Immortal Origin and Long Wanyu remained above the golden dragon.

Clad in black robes, Lady Houtu was in a standoff with fifty white-robed men. Lady Houtu had summoned a river-like attack to combat the men, who were exerting all their strength to resist.

Everyone had their backs to Gu Hai and the Unborn Man.

Just as Gu Hai and the Unborn Man felt relieved to have arrived in time, they saw Lady Houtu’s eyes suddenly turn blood red.

Buzz!

The battle inside the palace came to an abrupt halt
