Fuxi shook his head. “The Six Paths Veritable Lord tricked Heaven into entering the void. Heaven could not use the power of all life there, stepping into the Six Paths Veritable Lord’s death trap. However, according to my divination, Heaven had made some arrangements to take revenge on the Six Paths Veritable Lord before dying—these include the time laws. Heaven tossed the time laws to Old Mister Guan Qi to make him fight the Six Paths Veritable Lord. Hah…how unfortunate!”

“Then, what are you doing? Since you can divine this, why were you in closed-door cultivation now? Why didn’t you do anything about Heaven?” Jiang Lianshan asked.

Fuxi looked at the sky and shook his head. “I could not split my attention.”

“Could not split your attention? Haha! What a joke! Isn’t it just a closed-door cultivation session? The Six Paths Veritable Lord has already snatched the world. What is the point of your closed-door cultivation?” Jiang Lianshan said seriously.
