“Using this saber to cut the flesh off would be the best!” Gu Hai said with a cold smile as he looked at the countless monks in the distance.

“How audacious!”

“How bold of you!”

Countless buddhas, bodhisattvas, and arhats shouted furiously while glaring.

Gu Hai held the crimson saber and started measuring the Future Buddha’s golden body with it as though he would cut the Future Buddha’s flesh to feed the eagles. Furthermore, he did this in front of everyone in the Spirit Mountain Holy Land. This would essentially be a public execution by a thousand cuts of one of the Spirit Mountain Holy Land’s three chief buddhas.

This was a humiliation of the Spirit Mountain Holy Land.

Who would not get angry?

The Present Buddha sat on Kong Xuan’s body, coldly watching Gu Hai without speaking.

However, the Past Buddha sneered, “Can you even cut him? Even the demonic aura in Kong Xuan’s stomach could not harm the Future Buddha, what more that insignificant saber of yours?”

“The Indestructible Body Technique? Hah! If we recall right, the Indestructible Body Technique can indeed make one’s body like metal, preventing it from sustaining damage. However, it has a weakness, right? It seems to be in the right inner ear. Let me give it a try!” Gu Hai smiled.

As Gu Hai spoke, he suddenly moved his Life Killer Saber towards the Future Buddha’s inner right ear.

Buzz!

Golden light immediately appeared around the Future Buddha’s body. He trembled as though waking up. His glistening golden skin suddenly vanished.

The Future Buddha’s eyes remained closed, but he seemed to come to life.

The Future Buddha could not see, but he could hear. He could also observe his surroundings with his mind’s eye.

“Where am I? Gu Hai, my body is sealed? How can this be? The Lord Present Buddha’s Kāśyapa Heart Seal?” the Future Buddha suddenly exclaimed.

“Huh? The distant Present Buddha’s face sank.

That seal was what I used to seal Gu Hai previously. Why does Gu Hai know it?
