EIF - Book 06 Chapter 012: Five Years

Gu Hai traveled in the spatial tunnel for three days before finally seeing a bright light, the exit.

Gu Hai flew out of the exit, and the hole suddenly vanished.

Bang!

Gu Hai appeared above a vast sea.

“This is the feeling of Spiritual Energy! I’ve returned!” Gu Hai clenched his fist tightly. Then, he took out a flying ship to ride on.

He placed a pile of corpses on the flying ship. These were the corpses of Leo and the others. However, they had strangely turned into a pile of withered bones.

Gu Hai sank his consciousness into his dantian and checked the spiritual souls he deposited into his Karmic Energy pool.

After the black-clad man died, all their spiritual souls had entered the Karmic Energy pool.

However, those clumps of spiritual souls had melted.

“They were all destroyed?” Gu Hai’s face sank.

The spiritual souls of Leo and the others had melted into nothing.

“It looks like this method to bring someone between the two immortal firmaments will not work. Back then, Long Zhanguo’s and Xiaorou’s three spiritual souls were comparatively stronger, so they made it over. Others…?” Gu Hai’s face sank.

Gu Hai extended his hand and burned the corpses.

Then, he looked at the large flying saucer.

Rumble…!

Gu Hai quickly dismantled the flying saucer. However, he could not use much of it. It flew using hydrogen fuel cells and was far from comparable to the Six Paths Immortal Firmament’s enchanted treasures. The only thing that Gu Hai considered useful was a pen.

It was Leo’s pen, the one that could erase memories.

“Laozi said that some time-attributed energy is sealed in here? Time attribute?” Gu Hai narrowed his eyes slightly and carefully stored it.

Gu Hai had only this one memory-wiping pen. He currently did not have the ability to analyze it, so he put it away.

Then, he turned his head and surveyed the surroundings.

“This is the sea where the Solar Divine Palace was? The fusang tree is gone? That large stele? The Rebel Sin Ranking?” Gu Hai looked at the large stele.
