The Supreme Singularity agreed with Gu Hai’s theory. This meant Heaven agreed with Gu Hai’s theory as well.

“Argh!”

Just as the Supreme Genesis felt incredulous, a miserable cry came from the heavenly court’s cities.

The distant Long Shenying held Sima Zongheng’s head while his other hand pierced through Sima Zongheng’s chest, coming out the back. That hand held a crushed heart.

Long Shenying had just sworn loyalty to the Six Paths Immortal and obtained Immortal Energy. He had been waiting for this moment. Just as the chaotic killing started, he made his move.

He instantly stabbed Sima Zongheng’s body and shredded it.

“You-you-you…!” Blargh! Sima Zongheng spewed out mouthfuls of blood as he gaped at Long Shenying, who was holding his head, with disbelief.

Sima Zongheng had betrayed Long Zhanguo. With everything apparently settled, he was about to celebrate. How could he expect to be suddenly dying now?

After I betrayed Long Zhanguo, Long Zhanguo’s son killed me. Is…is this retribution?

“Imperial Tutor Sima, when I was young, you taught me. Unfortunately, you did not practice what you taught. Don’t worry. Today, you made a sacrifice to destroy Long Zhanguo. When I return, I will take care of everyone in your Sima Clan.” Long Shenying showed a faint smile.

Long Shenying’s smile seemed gentle. However, this gentle smile made Sima Zongheng shiver, his hair standing on end in extreme shock.

“No!”

Boom!

Long Shenying crushed Sima Zongheng’s head. Then, vast amounts of Immortal Energy poured into Long Shenying.

“Long Shenying, how dare you?!” Long Shenwen’s expression changed.

However, Long Shenying smiled coldly. “Why don’t I dare? I already swore loyalty to Heaven. I am atoning for my crimes and making contributions. I want to become stronger and kill Long Zhanguo. What is wrong with that? My second younger brother…”

Long Shenying flashed an amiable smile at Long Shenwen. However, this smile made Long Shenwen’s heart tremble.

“No! This is false loyalty! You are a spy! You are tricking Heaven!” Long Shen
