Imperial Emperor Xi Yu came out of closed-door cultivation. A white-robed child came out with him. However, the short child wore a hat that hid his face. This person was Mister Dongfang.

The civil and military officials had already gathered at the Great Sigh Palace Hall’s entrance long ago.

Countless experts in the city soared into the sky, trying to enter the Slaughter Nation’s mirage-like imperial palace. However, none succeeded.

The officials clamored anxiously.

“Your Reverence, my humble son went chasing after Gu Hai. There should be news from him soon,” Archduke Xi Kang said gravely.

“Ha! News? Archduke, Xi Yong went to kill Gu Hai, right?” Mo Yike said indifferently.

“Huh?” Archduke Xi Kang suddenly raised his eyebrows as he turned to Mo Yike.

Mo Yike showed a sullen expression, but he did not say anything more. He was indebted to Gu Hai, so he did not want Gu Hai to die. Hence, he felt uncomfortable about this situation.

Imperial Emperor Xi Yu raised his head and looked at the sky. “Mister Dongfang, can you enter again?”

The childlike Mister Dongfang shook his head. “We have too little information. Getting Blood Prison was a surprise. Entering is not something that can happen quickly.”

“Then, continue laying the lifespan ritual array. How long will it take before we can enter?” Imperial Emperor Xi Yu looked at Mister Dongfang.

“I’m not sure. It might take very long, very, very long.” Mister Dongfang shook his head.

Imperial Emperor Xi Yu narrowed his eyes. “Hah! Are you aiding me with everything you have?”
