They sat in the air as they circulated their powers of laws, such that they shone with a faint haze. They seemed holy.

The six of them were all mid and early Immortal Emperors. The two remaining late Immortal Emperors regularly spent their time in secluded cultivation. Unless something alarming happened, they rarely ever emerged.
