The signal for the start came from the center of the city.

Various ocean beasts popped out from a few dozen places. Some were the giant ocean snakes from before; there were ocean conches with thick shells, mutated manatees the size of excavators… They appeared in the city and attacked humans.

More monsters appeared from the holes that they dug!
