Peerless Battle Spirit Chapter 2304 - The Strong Joins Hands

Ji Jinzi's heart shuddered. Her face instantly turned pale. She blurted out, "Qin Nan, it wasn't me. I didn't lie to you!"

Qin Nan was unconcerned. He stepped forward and said, "You are not worthy to be inside her body."

Qin Nan lifted the icy saber. Ji Jinzi felt like her heart was being stabbed. Tears burst out from her eyes.

Qin Nan's arm froze.

"Oh my, I didn't expect the Nine Dragons Seal to teleport you here. I've been looking everywhere for you."

A voice suddenly appeared, followed by an illusionary figure in the rift ahead. It smiled and said, "Oh Qin Nan, my daughter has always been very honest. She never lied to anyone, nor did she lie to you."

It was Cang's clone.

Qin Nan looked at him murderously.

"Father..."

Ji Jinzi looked at the unfamiliar face. Her expression shifted as she realized something. Tears burst out from her eyes, "Father, how can you do this? Even if you don't think of me as your daughter, how can you treat mother's soul as your pawn?"

Ji Jinzi did not lie to Qin Nan.

Not a single word.

The days she spent with Qin Nan were truly the best time she had in her life, even though she had a little regret after Qin Nan rejected her.

However, she was not stupid. She quickly understood what happened.

Her mother's soul was initially intact, but her father purposely break it apart and leave half of it in one place for Empress Feiyue to discover while the other half was kept in the Land of Distress.

His father had done it to lure Qin Nan into the Land of Distress. He would set a trap in the Land of Distress to seal off the Nine Dragons Seal.

Qin Nan, Jiaye, and Zhou Xundao were startled.

They too had realized the truth.

"Does it matter? Your mother's soul has already lost its three finer spirits. She could no longer be brought back alive. Isn't it better to use it against Qin Nan?" Cang shrugged indifferently.

"You..."

Ji Jinzi felt like an enormous hand was grabbing her soul.

Even breathing was hurting her.

The man had treated her, her mother, and everything as his pawns.

Qin Nan's murderous intent
