Daylight usually came late to the frozen lands near Special District 9. Old Cat, Yong Dong, Guan Qi and the others had overexerted themselves the previous night, so they swiftly fell deeply asleep after having their fill of food.

Inside the peaceful room, snores could be heard here and there. Qin Yu leaned against a wall as he smoked on an e-cigarette, trying his darnest best to ward away his drowsiness.

The sky was still dark, so Qin Yu wasn’t able to clearly see the people who had just arrived. Nevertheless, from his angle, he could still see some light coming from vehicles.

He could hear the sound of the engine whirring, and it sounded like there was more than one of them.
